100% recommend I had David out to do a check-up on our Navient tankless water heater and it was a great experience. He was friendly, professional, and super informative. He not only serviced it, but he also explained what he was looking for, why, and what each result meant. Solid experience all around working with North Sound Boilers & Radiant. We purchased a  home 18 month ago and have had boiler issues off and on. I had another highly reputable heating company out twice to try and sort out the issues but they weren’t able to get to the root of the problem. I contacted North Sound on a Sunday evening during one of our cold spells this winter because our boulder went down and my family and I didn’t have heat. David came over that evening. Amazing service! He got us back up and running and after some trial and error David was able to pin point my problem and come up with a solution. Our 12-year old Triangle Tube boiler died recently and we contacted David at North Sound.  Within 7 days he sent us an estimate and came to our Whidbey Island home to do the work.  The work took about 7 hours on day1 and 5 hours on day2.  He used an IBC boiler and pretty much replaced ~90% of the old boiler stem (pumps, tanks, lines, etc.) Dave seems to have the competence you would  need with such a relatively complex system.  Definitely not amateur hour with your gas/propane line, ignition and high temperatures and your water line all converging into this system. Potential for a down wind disaster. I did not shop around as we had used David for prior maintenance and his reviews are excellent. It definitely is not inexpensive - more than my used car cost. David came prepared with all the tools and parts he needed.  No breaks. On time, cleaned as he goes. We will definitely use him again if needed. See pics.

Our boiler stopped working meaning we had no heat or hot water.  David came out the next day and diagnosed the problem. Ours is an old boiler and the part was not available locally.  He ordered the part through expedited overnight delivery and installed it Saturday morning.  I recommend North Sound Boilers without hesitation.
