We were very pleased with the work David did on our boiler system. He was extremely knowledgeable about our boiler and radiators and that gave me confidence the repair would be done properly, which it was. He is very pleasant to work with and responds promptly to any inquiries which is unusual these days. His pricing was reasonable and fair and there was no attempt to talk me into more services than were necessary. It was a true pleasure to work with North Sound and we plan to have all our future maintenance/repair work with them. David has a very good understanding of boilers and radiant floor heating systems work, and how to repair them.

David was awesome, prompt and professional. Removed our old boiler and installed new tankless combi boiler in minimal time. The whole time he was working, he was very open with everything he was doing, took time to answer questions and concerns, and he was very neat. No mess to clean up after he left and no unforeseen charges when he was done.

Diagnosed and repaired the system quickly, neatly and properly. Had it up and running in no time. It ran so well he advised us to hold off on further updates and stay in contact through the winter.
