We were very pleased with the work David did on our boiler system. He was extremely knowledgeable about our boiler and radiators and that gave me confidence the repair would be done properly, which it was. He is very pleasant to work with and responds promptly to any inquiries which is unusual these days. His pricing was reasonable and fair and there was no attempt to talk me into more services than were necessary. It was a true pleasure to work with North Sound and we plan to have all our future maintenance/repair work with them. David is a self-professed radiant system nerd and is happy to speak boilers until the sun goes down. The whole time he was working, he was very open with everything he was doing, took time to answer questions and concerns, and he was very neat. David from Northsound Boilers couldn’t have been nicer. On time, knew everything there was to know about my 30 year old boiler heating system. Diagnosed and repaired the system quickly, neatly and properly. Had it up and running in no time. It ran so well he advised us to hold off on further updates and stay in contact through the winter. He could have easily proceeded to further update the system with an expensive repair. I feel like we struck gold with David. An HONEST MAN!! Couldn’t be happier.
