The whole time he was working, he was very open with everything he was doing, took time to answer questions and concerns, and he was very neat. Diagnosed and repaired the system quickly, neatly and properly. Had it up and running in no time. It ran so well he advised us to hold off on further updates and stay in contact through the winter. He could have easily proceeded to further update the system with an expensive repair. I feel like we struck gold with David. An HONEST MAN!! Couldn’t be happier.
